Adventures in Quilting - Part 1

Last week I decided I wanted to learn this quilting business. So I picked out a pattern I found from Pinterest and a charm pack from Amazon (I'm a Prime member and it was a few bucks cheaper). My charm packs came last night!

The link to the pattern is here. I chose a different charm pack. I'm super excited to start this quilt!

So excited that between getting home from work last night and going to bed, I started piecing together the center block. I got all the rows together and the seams pressed, tonight I'll get the rows sewn together and their seams pressed and hopefully finish the top by this weekend.

Then the fun really starts . . .
